This is an idea that will be presented in details in ISWA 2008 Conference at Singapore. The concept, developed in the framework of a paper about “Barriers and Drivers for SRF applications in Low-Income Countries”, written by A. Mavropoulos, R. Skoulaxinou, A. Mentzis and K.
